Hi! I’m Marcela Garcia
A psychologist and digital learning designer.

Digital Developer, Psychologist, Language Enthusiast
Skilled in both psychology and digital learning, I blend cognitive principles to design learning experiences that connect with learners.
Learning new languages was the doorway that sparked my interest in how people learn. Through becoming fluent in English, German, and Italian, I developed a deep appreciation for the learning process and the factors that genuinely support adult learners.
I’ve worked across various areas of adult education — from academic coordination to product management in digital learning. This diverse experience provides a strong foundation for my work as a Digital Learning Developer, combining didactic expertise, practical design skills, and a learner-centered mindset.
My Approach
I begin by analysing learners’ needs and goals as part of a project analysis. Based on these insights, I design a concept for the learning solution and develop clear storyboards that guide the entire learning journey. With tools like Storyline, Rise, and Vyond, I create digital learning experiences enriched with media, storytelling, or gamification — from full eLearning modules to micro-learning and video content.
